International Webinar – Family Businesses – Register!!
We present to you the Next Generation SMEs project on succession planning, an Erasmus+ project involving partners from Malta as coordinator, Spain, Italy, Germany, Cyprus and Belgium.
The aim of the project is to raise awareness and educate on the issues related to succession planning for small family businesses, which you will agree is an issue that can have very negative impacts on the sustainability of businesses and continuous growth between generations.
Together, we created a website and a training program consisting of 6 modules related to Succession Planning.
The website we designed is located at https://nextgensmes.eu/ and contains information about the project, the research we have carried out and the 6 modules developed in a document.
Once completed, the website will contain links to the 6 modules via an e-learning platform that will require a registration process for security reasons.
The 6 modules are:
Module 1 – Professional Mindset in Family Businesses
Module 2 – Planning for the Future: Succession Strategies and Intergenerational Dialogue
Module 3 – Financial Management for Long-Term Sustainability in Family SMEs
Module 4 – Promoting Innovation with Respect for Tradition
Module 5 – Governance Models for Resilient Family Businesses
Module 6 – Building a Long-Term Vision: Strategic Planning and Development in Family Businesses
